I'm sorry, the last message I sent confused.gifwas

For exchange, there are beetles from different groups from the Caucasus, Southern Russia, and Siberia. Other groups of insects can also be discussed. Exchange for barbels (any region of the world).

05.10.2006 12:49, RippeR

It is very interesting. One question - where do you live - if further than Moscow, then the exchange will not work (with me) smile.gif

05.10.2006 14:51, KDG

I wonder why? Are you fundamentally changing only with Moscow?

05.10.2006 20:07, RippeR

I don't want to send it by mail - it's too expensive and too long. And then Moscow trains do not know how to go (whether they go at all). Well, they should go to St. Petersburg (but I don't know how much the proverb will cost..)

I recently tried to send a parcel with a guide to Moscow, and was surprised to learn that guides are now forbidden to take and transfer any parcels. Fight against terrorism... umnik.gif

There are barbels for exchange - including from Southeast Asia.
I am interested in comb-whiskers( hornbills), plate-whiskers (especially geotrups, phanea, and rhinoceroses), and ground beetles (carabuses, etc.).

We just did not agree on the price with the guide frown.gif
It was cheaper to go back and forth to Moscow (by buying seats).

Can you send us a list of barbels? I can send you my bonus list. Small ground beetles are also available, for other groups it is better after the season, but you can still find something now. address - dorcadion@yandex.ru

Did you try to sell him something with beetles? smile.gif 2 weeks ago from Rostov-on-Don the parcel cost (branded train) 200 rubles.

Bad Den: and it was impossible to approach another explorer smile.gif

I only have sawyers on my nose, and platyceruses and dorcuses on my horns. There are also a couple of cervi, but not very large (5.5 cm). Of the geo corpses, only stercorosus. I haven't figured out the status yet smile.gif

No, there was a small box. I suspect that this was a local order on the State Railway - not to transfer parcels.

I asked several guides, only 1 agreed, but...

Are you only interested in Cetonidae? and vice versa - do you only have Cetonidae available?

17.10.2006 17:11, Nimrod

No way, Mr. KDG. This "list" is like a test balloon, if you will. Priorities - only Scarabaeoidea, Lucanidae. In any case, I am very interested in any material, both on adults and larvae of the above groups from the Mediterranean. Well, I can't find it anywhere! I understand that "Search rules", but somehow I didn't come across it. Attempts to reach out directly to "colleagues" from this region were not successful.
Follow the list. I would be grateful for any constructive suggestions, especially if someone has the opportunity to collect larvae and pupae (in principle, any Pleurosticti) for exchange or temporary processing.
I have not yet given a list of my collection, in particular on Cetoniidae, since the information, first of all, may be of interest only to narrow specialists, and this topic, as I understand it, covers a wider range of interests.
Sincerely, Nimrod.

27.10.2006 16:04, Nimrod

I sent my preliminary list of Lethruss to your email address, Mr. mikepride. I hope there are some interesting views for you.
Sincerely, Nimrod.

P.S. Is there really no one from Europe? Straight "iron curtain" of some kind...

You, Mr. KDG, have probably collected 99.9% of the world's barbel fauna (you are a Cerambycidae specialist), and you may now be interested in the differences of populations at the molecular level within the Indo-Malaysian archipelago. In this case, you can only rejoice (or sympathize?) and advise you to change this "cheap" forum to a more professional one, where you will be offered an exchange of the rarest beetles. Provided that you have equivalent material for this procedure. Absolutely not "turned on", but your arrogant remarks (this is not the first), just ask for an answer!
Sincerely ...

ahem, strange conclusions... it's not about the" quality " of offers (interesting material can come from anywhere), but about their quantity.
