I bought it on eBay. Almost everyone works in the direction of the Russian Federation, except for those who indicate that the product is sent "USA only"or" EU only". Since mostly private individuals trade there, it is necessary to negotiate with everyone individually, perhaps someone understands Russian. Payment is preferred via PayPal, since it is now possible to pay back via this system in the Russian Federation.

I personally have never had any problems with customs.

Den is right-eBay is private merchants and there are many of them.It is best to find out(ask around) about merchants here on the forum or from other people buying there.

Now there are also legal entities there – they are probably more reliable with them.

And yet, what to do if an order from a foreign online store is paid for, but never received, and all reasonable deadlines have long passed?! mad.gif

There are no problems in buying material or books. I've bought it more than a hundred times - I've made a mistake twice-in the Philippines and Tanzania.
There are demons among us, too.
With books without talking - you pay as you want - any methods.

Report here(on the forum)from whom the order was placed.
1. Maybe one of the forum members has a contact with this store.
2. Put such a seller in the "black list", so that other forumchane also knew.

And the money that cried? And then, no one knows the culprit, maybe the seller has nothing to do with it, and here such anti-advertising...

So after all, the money was crying at a specific address. If it is Western Union (or another money transfer company), then it is transferred to a specific person. You can always check whether the person removed the transfer. If it is not removed, you can always revoke the transfer. However, by paying the company a percentage.
I don't recommend sending cheques or cash.So it may not reach the seller.
I wouldn't recommend Web-money either.
Credit cards are a dangerous business.Your credit card number can start "walking" on the Internet.Of course, you can cancel everything and change your credit card number, but why bother?
My advice is to be interested in the seller first. The second is to get in touch with them(preferably by phone). The third is to take his data and use Western Union

in general, I suggest opening a topic about sellers. We will write reviews about them, products and prices. It will be easier for everyone to get their bearings.

After all, the parcel may disappear at the stage of delivery: in the country of the sender, at customs, in the country of the recipient. And the seller at the same time "neither sleep nor spirit." In this case, is there something you can do (find your parcel or at least return the money) or is it already over ?
