Insect DNA sequencing

Community and ForumEntomological collectionsInsect DNA sequencing

Maybe someone was engaged in the DNA of insects, as well as the construction of phylogenetic (cladistic) trees of species based on DNA?
Question - what equipment is required from the very first stage - the extraction of DNA (say from the belly) of an insect and further on DNA sequencing to programs for building the cladograms themselves (equipment, consumables, which brands are better?) confused.gif

In general, what does bees have to do with it, I need a list of equipment for extracting and studying DNA (preferably from insects)
