Aspen creeper - Saperda carcharias, Lamiinae, Cerambycidae, Coleoptera.

ASPEN CREAKER - body length 22-30mm. Larvae inhabit healthy trunks of aspen and other poplars, less often willow; they strongly harm young plantings. Common - European ch., Caucasus, Siberia.
