Honza, isn't that fraterculus?

I am not sure that Carabus (Diocarabus) fraterculus Reitter, 1895
is very similar to this species.

Yes, yours is more like fraterculus.

Honza is most likely C. fraterculus. Scambocarabus has a different pronotum shape. And other forms of aedeagus.
C. fraterculus ssp was described from these areas. neochinensis Deuve & Li, 1998
NE-China:Liaoning (Fengcheng:Shicheng Xian:Laobei Shan), Heilongjiang
Heilongjiang:Shangzhi:Mao’er Shan.
You should look for its description.
Below are tables from the Deuve catalog with edeagus drawings.

on some of my C. (Diocarabus = Coreocarabus) fraterculus ssp. neochinensis Deuve & Li, 1998 prsp. is close to the Yang specimen
but it is definitely C. (Diocarabus = Coreocarabus) fraterculus and there further as who believes

automatically copied from the previous post without looking at the subgenus - of course, thanks Ruslan.
