Quote:
On an area of 300 sq. m. m is the only open exhibition in Russia of exotic live butterflies from the countries of Southeast Asia, Africa, and South America. Until now, such houses were presented only in the largest cities of Europe.

The interior of the Moscow Butterfly House "Buterfly" allows everyone to stay one – on-one with the pristine world of wildlife-about 500 butterflies of 50 species at a time flutter between fountains and tropical thickets.

Inside the greenhouse, all the necessary conditions for the life of butterflies are created: optimal temperature and humidity are maintained.

The exhibition is located in the greenhouse of Pavilion No. 2.

Entrance ticket: adults - 200 rubles, children - 100 rubles. Admission is free for children under 3 years of age. Admission is free for brides and grooms, as well as their witnesses, on the day of the wedding.
The exhibition will be permanent. You can touch everything with your handssmile.gif.

That's for sure! I wonder how this will affect the exhibition at the Moscow Zoo?

For Moscow, this is a penny.
Uw. RippeR, for example, the driver's bus fare is 25 rubles.
I'm sure there will be a crowd. In addition, knowing the talent of Andrey Sochivko as an artist, his accuracy and exactingness, I think there will be something to see.

the previous message is mine. I didn't log in again.

200 rubles is worth it at least because it is much warmer there, even hotter than on the street.
True, there are 15-20 live butterflies, and about 50 dried ones, as they explain in a day about 200 butterflies were soaked by evil children.
They also promise that in 2-3 weeks there will be a more complete exhibition, which will be allowed for free with today's tickets.
Of the advantages, soaked "evil kids" bobochek laid out very convenient for photographing, do not charge extra for photo-video seed.
From the disadvantages, well, no accompanying material on sale (first of all, I mean books).
And the queue for 15.30 pm was delayed for 20 minutes.

Mdaa... A little weak. Maybe it will get better in the future.

the room is beautiful, and the views are ordinary (not counting kalliga, if that's her smile.gif) I see them alive every week..
Maybe for someone 200 rubles is nonsense.. For the Moldovan people, it is better to spend this money on 4-5 trips for beetles and butterflies smile.gif

02.05.2007 3:02, Vadim Yakubovich

Well, it's as usual, someone has tropical butterflies flying around the house, but there is no money, and someone would give 200 rubles for a look (for example, I), but we don't have such nishtyakov frown.gif

Mr. RippeR I envy you, if such beauty at home flies.
Maybe you'll find some of these more interesting.
In general, I observed about 25 different species there. P.
S. And about money et of course, each from its own bell tower.

Poor devils. Did you play soccer with them? smile.gif vvvvv.JPG — (76.59 k) finally dead in my opinion. As if they were flying there without whiskers.
And they don't have a list of species posted there?

Yes not toko vvvvv.JPG — (76.59 k) dead, and most of them. weep.gif
Above I vashcheto wrote about it!

03.05.2007 2:41, nimu

There was no list of species.

03.05.2007 7:11, RippeR

There are, of course, some types, for example-ww and morphoid. I don't have butterflies in my house, but I still go there relatively often. It is also interesting to look closely at the actual conditions when there is more space, BUT:
1) not very attracted to tropical butterflies.. At first I looked at them-WOW, then they got bored.. ours are much better, prettier, and more popular smile.gif
2) when there are a lot of species, they somehow get bored and become practically uninteresting. For example, rumanzovia, rhadamanthus, palinurus, agamemnons, etc. Beautiful, you can't say anything, but it doesn't pull. frown.gif I guess I got too excited smile.gif

By the way, these species, for some reason, are too quickly frayed.. They must be trampled almost fresh, otherwise the fragments will fly.. especially palinuruses, polytes lose their wings in chunks very quickly.

The other day I found out that Sochivko and Kaabak are finally not the organizers. They were simply asked to give an interview for TV. And all this was done by someone who has nothing to do with entomology in general. That's why everything sucks frown.gif. Straight mockery of butterflies of some kind. They don't even get fed there! frown.gifPitifully...

03.05.2007 20:05, nimu

They feed them, and there are inverted lids in several places with whole banana slices and other "sweets".

05.05.2007 12:38, Александр Колосков

And how much do they charge for photo and video shooting?

07.05.2007 2:23, Vadim Yakubovich

Isn't this the exhibition we're talking about?

There's an exhibition with some sales services. But expensive, thousands of rubles. You can look at them see the website here.
Although in the spring I saw an announcement on the way there that somewhere at VDNKh there is another exhibition with the sale of insects. But I don't know if it's cheaper.

And who knows if the exhibition and sale of insects continues in the fall, in the same place???
