I'm sorry, but are you sure they will? Where can I make sure that articles published before the journal was included in the HAC list also automatically become HAC articles? One council I know thinks otherwise... On the website of the Higher Attestation Commission, there is not a word about this.

I ask a logical question and the Entomological review before being included in the list of the Higher Attestation Commission was Vak? And the Pet Magazine? Unfortunately, you can't make sure anywhere. The list of the Higher Attestation Commission is at the mercy of the Soviets; some do not know that journals with the WOS index are VAKOV journals (St. Petersburg State University, for example). Let them call the Higher Attestation Commission and clarify.
