Dear colleagues!

Registration of participants and guests for the 6th International Congress of the Entomological Forum and the 4th International Entomological Fair begins!

The event will be held in Moscow on September 8-9, 2012 at 18 Pavlovskaya St. (Children's Center "Ogo-gorod"). You can view the driving directions here: http://www.ogogorod.ru/about/pop.php

Time of the event:

from 10:00 to 17:00, participants who have booked exhibition space are allowed from 9: 00

The cost of 1 square meter of exhibition space at the entomological fair is 1200 rubles.

At your service:

- free Wi-Fi Internet
- free secure Parking
- 2 cafes on site, and several cafes outside the center

Entrance is free.

Applications for participation are accepted at: entoterra@mail.ru, entorus@yahoo.com

In the application, you must specify:

- Your last name, first name and Patronymic (in full)
- your place of residence (country, locality)
- communication method (email address, phone number...)
- number of sq. m.meters of exhibition space (if required)

Attention! ATTENTION ATTENTION!

We have changed the Congress hall!!!!

The new hall is a short walk from the Tulskaya metro station! Also, there is a convenient entrance from the Third Transport Ring (on Bolshaya Tulskaya Street towards the center and then to the right on Danilovsky Val Street)!

Address: 18 Pavlovskaya St. (entrance from Danilovsky Val).

Advantages of the new hall:

- excellent bright light (special "exhibition" super-bright lamps)!
- free Wi-Fi internet!
- free secure parking!
- 2 cafes on the territory of the center, and several outside the territory!
- high passability, including for the target audience!

We expect a lot of visitors, including children! Master classes, small and large souvenirs, portable boxes for exhibits, interesting photos and everything that can interest our future shift are welcome!

1. I remind everyone that you still have the opportunity to book a table!
2. We all sign up for the banquet in friendly rows. Best of all-write to the personal Taler. Well, you can do it for me.
3. Smoking is only allowed outside during the event.
4. Drinking strong alcoholic beverages in the gym is prohibited!
5. Try to limit your use of profanity. An influx of children with their parents is expected. Be prepared to communicate with this contingent.
6. Practice has shown that you need to have simple tattoo boxes with you, which you could provide to customers. The organizers will not be able to help anyone with this!
7. The cloakroom will work at the entrance. If you are not going to go out indefinitely, then it is better to leave your outerwear there to unload the hall and not worry about your things.
8. I ask everyone to pay more attention to labeling! Everyone who enters receives a badge from the organizers and writes their own label! You don't need to write all your passport details! Just the name for easy communication. And then by the end of the day you forget your name!
9. Pay attention to CITES lists and other bans! Don't break the mess!
10. Invite more people!
