Dear friends!

Registration of participants and guests for the 7th International Congress of the Entomological Forum and the 5th International Entomological Fair begins!

The event will be held in Moscow, September 14-15, 2013 at the address: 18 Pavlovskaya St. (Children's Center "Ogo-gorod"). You can view the driving directions here: http://www.ogogorod.ru/about/pop.php

Time of the event:

from 10:00 to 17:00, participants who have booked exhibition space are allowed from 9: 00

The cost of the 1st place (1.5 by 0.6 m) of exhibition space at the entomological fair is 1300 rubles.

At your service:

- free Wi-Fi Internet
- free secure parking
- 2 cafes on site, and several cafes outside the center

Admission is free.

Applications for participation are accepted at: entoterra@mail.ru, entorus@yahoo.com

In the application, you must specify:

- Your last name, first name and Patronymic (in full)
- your place of residence (country, locality)
- communication method (email address, phone number...)
- number of exhibition space seats (if required)
- special requests (if any)

Due to the obvious lack of exhibition space at last year's event, it is highly likely that a small hall will be opened in addition, which is tightly adjacent to the big one! Seats in the small hall will be distributed as the main hall fills up.
In addition, for your convenience, it is possible to pay for the exhibition space in advance, without commission, at any branch of Sberbank of the Russian Federation (for information, please contact the organizers).

Most of the seats in the great hall are already reserved! A number of seats have already been reserved for guests from Peru, Kenya, and Pakistan. Many foreign guests are expected, and I hope they will not have visa problems.
I would like to remind you that as many people know, there was a particularly large influx of visitors at the last event on Sunday afternoon, please ask some participants

not to leave after the first day without good reason! Otherwise, the organizers will be forced to provide exhibition spaces for "distinguished people" on a residual basis at subsequent events. We hope for your understanding! The exact time of the event is indicated in the advertising materials and many visitors count on it, as the experience of last year showed!

Dear friends! Our annual event is coming up very soon! I would like to remind you once again that it will be held on September 14 and 15 at 18 Pavlovskaya St. in the children's center "Ogo-gorod". Please note that the event is held in a CHILDREN's CENTER and we need to follow certain rules: refrain from drinking alcohol and profanity; smoking is allowed only on the street in a specially designated place. Be prepared for the fact that children can come to the event-small hyperactive ones, asking a bunch of stupid questions and grabbing your precious chitin with their paws. Be tolerant and forgiving of them.
I would like to draw your attention once again to the fact that at the last event on Sunday afternoon there was a particularly large influx of visitors, please do not leave after the first day without good reason! Just got home. The day passed instantly. It was a little boring at first glance, but there were a lot of happy faces ( take, for example, our guest and companion Manuel from Peru and not only). Probably, someone won and someone lost. Such is life. Thank you to our organizers of the exhibition, and a special, big thank you to their WIVES, who were selflessly in service. Also, thank you to all the sales assistants whose husbands spent the last few nights collecting material for sale at the fair.
For my part, I would like to point out that there were fewer visitors than in previous times. There was not that intensity of passion, that mischievous spark that was earlier. Maybe Sunday will bring new sensations, but so far only so.
I think that our E (community) does not have enough joint trips for new material and those impressions that they could share with each other at the next fair.
I was doing great. I broke all my previous records ( despite the sluggish trading). I don't know how to report to you in rubles, kilograms, or liters.
In rubles is not modest, in kilograms-half a ton, in liters 2000l. ( this is the total useful volume of my car). There is almost nothing left for sale tomorrow, only twenty out of 150 boxes. Thank you all for your cooperation!!!
