Good day to all

My question is in the subject (in the title of the topic)

In the Koreans ' article, I found the following:

Selective Toxicity of Pesticides to the Predatory Mite, Phytoseiulus persimilis and Control Effects of the Two-spotted Spider Mite, Tetranychus urticae by Predatory Mite and Pesticide Mixture on Rose

nymphs, not maggots ?

this is the same as saying:
"Chinese people live in China, not people"
nymphs are a type of larvae

Acarology seems to have its own naming system for immature stages, and entomological habits should not be tolerated. http://www.pesticidy.ru/dictionary/germination_of_mites

How many legs do they have? In larvae-6, in nymphs, as in adults - 8. The larva is the stage preceding the nymph, but perhaps it is in this particular tick that it is reduced? I'm too lazy to read the article.

In acarology, it is customary to call a larva a six-legged form. Then there are different stages of nymphs (deutonyms, tritonyms-they have 8 legs).
In all works on acarology, they write larvae when they mention the six-legged stage.

As far as I remember, this tick has a larva, but it is inactive (but I may be mistaken - I did not deal with them closely).
