Good day to all!
I hasten to share my joy - this morning I found this miracle on gauze, already dried and with its wings spread.
Pupa found in the garden 22.07 in Nikopol (Dnipropetrovsk region. Ukraine).
I brought it home to Zaporozhye, put it in an open matchbox on cotton wool, covered it with a cap from a 2-liter plastic bottle. I made holes in the hood for ventilation and hung a piece of bandage.
Morning and evening moistened cotton wool and waited...
Last night, the pupa was restless, prancing on the mat.
Hawk moth was sitting on the gauze under the dome this morning.
I tied up my hands, took a picture, put it back under the hood (put the diluted honey). I was afraid to leave it in the room, because this plane started flying and hitting the furniture...
Please tell me what kind of view it is.
Thank you.
