You have purchased material from me many times. If the quality of some copies did not suit you, I compensated it by the amount at the next order. When you made me another order and told me that some of the butterflies I sent last time had missing whiskers, although I always check the quality when processing the order (!), I replied to you: "I am very saddened by the fact that I send you butterflies with whole whiskers, and they come to you without them at all. So I suggest you do the following. I will compensate for the material that you are not satisfied with the quality of. I'll transfer the money by post. This is the end of our cooperation, as it does not bring satisfaction to both of us.". Then you nevertheless wrote "Big request-fulfill my last order", which I did.
Thus, you stopped receiving material from me, because the "relationship" ended on my initiative. I don't see the point in working with people who are trying to cheat, wanting to get additional benefits.
I would like to clarify what I did to you?
In my opinion, this can be blamed if the money is received, but the order is not sent, or a solid defect is sent and a replacement or compensation is refused. Of course, the whiskers can sometimes break off during forwarding (and if they are present in the package, this is not a defect). Sometimes you can skip the marriage inside, because it is impossible to soak all the copies. It happens to everyone. And such things can be solved by replacement or compensation. But it's not fair for the buyer to abuse it.
And it is completely ugly to take out such slander on the Forum, using it to express your unfounded resentment and out of revenge.
Many respected forum members have purchased and are acquiring material from me, and I think that no one can reproach me even for delaying sending (the parcel is always sent no later than a day after receiving payment), and even more so for cheating!
And you don't have to compare my quality and www.insect-sale.com. He is an honest and punctual dealer (which is not always typical for tropical suppliers, by the way), but the quality of residents of tropical countries is always lower than that of European dealers (although prices are also lower). I worked with him for a while.

What you consider as compensation can be considered as the sale of low-quality goods (each time you compensated not the full cost, but 50% -). That is, you still received your money, even for A- (which is worth 50%!!!)
There was never any talk about replacing the material at all!
Believe me, I have a more reliable source of income than cheating you out of$ 5-10 every three months.
So you lied without fully explaining the situation.
