Catch females with a pronounced search behavior in the spring, put them in small cages and keep them in the dark at a temperature of +28. Feed them with a solution of honey and soaked pollen.

Check out Viktor Grebennikov's books. He spent a very long time breeding bumblebees at home. He was a good man...
