I welcome you all.

The body of an adult is less than a millimeter, I think from 0.4 to 0.8, the body is rounded. The color is closer to brown, possibly black. It moves by jumping, and at a very high speed. It is observed as follows: there is a dot and after a second (even less) there is no dot. It is impossible to track where it jumped due to the size and speed of the jump.
And now the bad stuff.
It tends to bite. A small red dot remains after the bite. No bite irritation is observed. It itches for about a minute after the bite. No swelling of the bite site is observed. The bite is also less than a millimeter. Probably about 0.3-0.5.
It moves under clothes, more often it just moves, which in principle is already annoying, but at some time it starts to bite. The bite is like touching a needle.
It was also noticed that they are selective about a person, attack a certain one, I think they choose according to the thickness of the skin. Because girls and children complain more often.
They attack both day and night. But my guess is that they avoid lit places.

Now comes the worst part.
Carried out three times disinsection of the room (judging by the smell of different drugs) does not help.
Therefore, recommendations for getting rid of these insects are very welcome. After running around the Internet, it turned out that I was far from the only one suffering from these individuals. Some people have been suffering for years...

Everything points to fleas.Disinfection with appropriate chemicals and drying of the room.

I thought so too. But the fleas are bigger. As I read, they can reach 3 mm, and these are less than a millimeter. And I have already called three companies for disinsection and treated the apartment myself, and all to no avail. Unfortunately, to catch or find a dead individual is not yet possible, so I would take a picture under a microscope...
Are there any other options?
Are fleas adults of such small sizes?
