How to get rid of flies in the house

I assume that these are beregovushka flies, although, as an amateur, I reserve the right to make a mistake.
They are similar to ordinary houseflies, but there are a number of significant differences:
1. They are not interested in human food in any form, and are completely indifferent to the person himself.
2. Variable wing sweep. At rest, it can hold its wings like a housefly, but often folds its wings parallel to the body.
3. The flight is heavy, like a TB-3 bomb carrier, and the trajectory is simpler than that of a housefly. He doesn't like turns. It flies straight or in arcs with a large radius.
The presence of a large pond near the house makes beregovushki suspect these creatures. Since August, they have been actively climbing into the house. They can fit into crevices from 1 mm wide, and in a wooden house there are always a lot of crevices. They climb by the thousands. They don't live in the house for a long time - a few hours, a maximum of a day. Then they fall, lie on their backs for a while, and turn into fly corpses. The vacuum cleaner is still alive, although its health raises serious concerns - several hours of operation every day.
The question, in fact, is: is there a way to scare away flies from the house? It doesn't make sense to poison them, they will die quickly enough. And is there any factor (most likely, chemical) that will discourage them from climbing into the house?

It doesn't look like it. Our fly is darker, there is no checkered pattern on the abdomen, and it keeps its wings tighter. And most importantly, it is written about these that feed on earthworms. This year was a hot, rather dry summer. Our plot is well drained and located on the slope to the pond itself. In short, there were almost no earthworms this year. Finding a worm to fish with was a big challenge. The ground is dry. On the contrary, there are more flies than in previous years.
I apologize, but the second link is dedicated to getting rid of chemical addiction (alcohol, drugs, etc.). Is this a hint or a mistake? )))

Then this one?

This is not a hint, this is a warning

Definitely not her. I know these things. Our flies are almost black in color and smaller than dung flies.
You don't need to warn me. Of all the chemical addictions, I suffer from one - nicotine. But this affects the adequacy of perception only in terms of smell. So I perceive flies not with my nose, but with my eyes )))

In my opinion, Polenia.
They climb into the house for the winter. A little warmer, immediately wake up and start to fly-crawl. There is no harm from them to a person. If you don't like it, block the entry routes to the room, and harass those you meet mechanically (the sneaker is very good).

I'm a technical person, so I think like a tech guy. In this problem, the fly can be considered as an automaton with a set of specific programs. Apparently, they have a program that forces them to climb into any cracks. They are looking for a secluded place. They are not interested in the heat, because they started attacking the house in August, when it was warmer outside than in the house.
In their actions, like any automaton of this kind, they are guided by data from sensors. Accordingly, you can influence their behavior by influencing the sensors. There are five types of sensors. 1. Optical devices. They definitely react to light. It seems that this is exactly what they are guided by, getting out of the cracks. But it is not possible to create complete darkness in the house. This option does not apply. 2. Tactile. They respond to touch. Obviously, this option also does not work, it is impossible to be on duty near each slot, directing the flies back into the slot with your finger. 3. Taste tests. Theoretically, you can pick up something that they don't like very much. But this something will have to treat all the cracks, which is equivalent to sealing all the cracks. Practice shows low efficiency of this action. 4. Acoustic systems. There are a lot of ultrasonic repellents on the market, but reviews about their action are rather skeptical. And there are no prerequisites for this. Fear of ultrasound, as explained, is caused by the fact that it is used by bats, allegedly devouring flies. But the bat lives by night, and the flies by day. Bats can't be their enemies. There remains a fifth type of sensor-the sense of smell. This can be effective, since odorous substances easily penetrate into all crevices. The only question is, what kind of smell are they afraid of? Surely there are places in nature that they avoid. And most likely this is due to certain odors. I would like my home to become such a place.

The same problem, but not on the same scale as yours. This year, the infestation of flies is more significant than last year. I don't remember being so tormented by them then. It looks like a common housefly. Their behavior may be related to a change in the time of year. In the summer, they are also active, and in the fall they mostly fly hard and bang their heads on the ceiling or light bulbs. Looks like they're looking for nooks and crannies. They start climbing when the night temperature becomes lower than comfortable. I.e. it can be quite hot during the day. A low temperature at night is a signal for them to search for secluded and warm places. I think you had a cold night in August, so they started looking for shelter in your house. You look like everything is made of natural wood. Me too. Even the windows are made of pure wood. My aunt replied that they didn't have a single fly. I don't believe there isn't a single crack in their house. Their house is made entirely out of a poison box, i.e. they sheathed it with vinyl chloride plastic. I think that's why they don't break into their house. These creatures love everything natural. In addition to flies, I have: sparrows, grinder beetles, all sorts of rodents, termites. Everyone wants to live in my house. I've never heard of others suffering so much.

I do not soveiuyut you of course toxic plastic sheathing. I also close the cracks myself. I covered all the cracks in the windows with silicone sealant. But they climb all the same. So there are still gaps. The only eco-friendly way is to seal up all the cracks. I would be glad if someone suggested a simpler one. An average of 4 flies fly into the house per day, in sunny weather. I even stopped hating sunny days because of it. Can you imagine how tired these creatures are? I kill them with vinegar essence. I don't want to put their guts on the walls. An average of 10 flies per day enter the veranda. But I have Velcro straps hanging there. Surprisingly, in the summer there is not a single fly in the house! Not a single one! Now the problem is not even with large ones. Crayons get midges. Nothing seems to be rotting at home. I can not understand toli from the street penetrate, toli somewhere in the house appeal.

Hello. I don't want to create topics.
I just got sick of houseflies in the country! Grids are out of the question. There is never any wind at all. High humidity.
Velcro doesn't help much. Flies are aggressive and very persistent.
Contact sprays are not suitable, so there are many surfaces that can not be treated at all. not to mention that it just won't be enough.
The room is dim. Weak light bulb in the ceiling. The window is covered with a low-transparent film.
Mosquito repellent plates seem to help, but it's a little weak somehow.
Like, I heard that there are some powders that are diluted in water-flies drink and die...
There were also fly records once, but now they are gone.
I don't know any ultrasonic buzzers.
I can't pull the UV trap.
I haven't heard about folk remedies.
I didn't search the Internet, as there is our forum. Thank you for your attention and expected participation.
