The apartment does not smell mildew,the risers and radiators were changed,a new toilet was installed.The apartment has not been renovated in 25 years, parquet floors since 1970. The apartment is almost empty, free of trash and rags...These insects are on every window and windowsill, several hundred dead and alive fly!
