Abkhazia, in the second half of August, after heavy rains, observed a mass migration of larvae (worms/leeches) from one "pasture" (a wasteland with sparse vegetation and dung cakes) to another. The "exodus" took place along the sidewalk and then through the roadway with a wide strip of 3-4 meters in the amount of several hundred individuals. I didn't have a chance to shoot the video - I didn't have my phone with me. The next day, I photographed what was left - the dead. Insect parameters: length 4-6 cm, width 0.4-0.8 cm, dark gray or brown-gray color almost black, dry surface (without mucus), smooth, without visible (real) legs, without visible head or other organs defining the head, the tail part ends presumably with two bumps/outgrowths, moves narrow extended ("proboscis") forward like a caterpillar.
