Colleagues, I have such a request. My son and his family went to the United States, can you recommend an electronic resource or an electronic version of the North American insect detector-with pictures? My son is an excellent photographer, including insects, and there is also a young entomologist there for 8 years.

For me, some Richard E. White, Donald J. Borror may be enough for a start. A Field Guide to Insects America North of Mexico. It is old, it is not in the form of an atlas, but in the old-fashioned way a determinant with theses/antitheses and b/w drawings plus color tables. But as an all-in-one can go. However, there are captions of English, not Latin names under the illustrations (Latin is only in the text). But that's the way they do it, not just in this book. We would have been pilloried, but Tama's morals are different... And so, for individual groups of literature, the sea, of course. Well, I think we'll add more information on the American species in the course of the year, too, if things go well. There will be an electronic resource:--)
