Basil, I did not understand the situation a little bit, please explain.
Toropov defines species as Polyommatus (Agrodiaetus) phyllides (Staudinger, 1886), you transfer it to another species Polyommatus (Agrodiaetus) phillidis Grum-Grshimailo. On what basis? Then for some reason, in the rank of subgenus sort of, a lot of doubles in the genus Polyommatus. We must unite and extra clean, Korb Where? :)
