Imago Habitus and Differences from alike species
- The apices of the elytra are cut off, the outer apical angle is almost never extended into a denticle; the legs are unicolored black; the elytra are black or light brown; the pubescence and punctuation of the pronotum and elytra are similar to those of @ @ Acmaeops marginatus, although there are erect setae on the dorsal side of the pronotum in front, which are usually not pronounced in @ @ Acmaeops marginatus; length of males: 7.0-9.5 mm; females: 7.5-11.0 mm. [267].
