Imago Habitus and Differences from alike species
- The color of the wings is brown, with a rusty-red band at the outer edges, inside the band (which on the hind wings breaks up into a series of red spots) there are black spots, and inside the black spots there are white dots (the latter are only in females). The underside of the wings is slightly lighter than the upper side. [85].
