Eudia spini. Did someone catch it, where and when?

We are interested in any information about the recent b. m. finds of Eudia spini (Denis et Schiffermueller, 1775). As far as I know, the species has recently become extinct throughout its range.

It seems that Torgachkin shot caterpillars of this species from the Kuban at the macro club. And what, in Ukraine it has not been recorded for a long time?

Last year in the reserve "Roztochye" (Lviv region).Yavorovsky district)flew somehow into a soil trap. But since it was "disfigured beyond recognition", I had to throw it away.

If it was "disfigured beyond recognition", how was it determined? When was that?"

Well, all frayed and like a wet chicken. In addition, without the upper wing. The fact is that in the same trap there was a huge toad. She probably helped to ruin the butterfly completely. Finally, I took it, dried it at home and identified it. It was indeed a small nocturnal peacock's eye.
That was in May. Or rather, somewhere in the middle of the month . Traps were set for two weeks at a time (biotope -forest edge, swampy meadow), and now it is difficult to say exactly when they were caught. It's a pity, of course, that I didn't even save the proof fragments.

Although maybe I'm confusing something .Here in the Net rummaged it turns out there is a medium and small. Now I wonder if I made a mistake.
Was it small or medium? In a word, the wingspan was approximately 8-9 cm.

So I'm wondering how you can distinguish spini from pavonia from the trap. The latter type is not particularly rare, although we do not have it.
