V. E. Kipyatkov's famous book "The World of Social Insects" divides wasp nests according to the method of connecting honeycombs into stationary, phragmocytic and astelocytic ones without any bibliographic references, which is not surprising, since the book is popular and there are few references at all. In the doctoral dissertation L,Yu.Rusina also provides this classification, and also without references (which is already strange). I couldn't find anything about it in English, probably because I couldn't translate it correctly. In the English-language works about nests that I know of, these terms are not used. I would like to find their original source, preferably with a decoding of the etymology. It's Greek, I take it?"

I found the answer again by myself: https://hellas.bab2min.pe.kr/hk/kuttaros?l=en

It remains to be understood why in Greek, French and English it is written with double tau/t, and in Russian - with one. Again, some kind of tricky rule, like the one that makes the second n at the end of German surnames drop?

And another question: who did "invent" astelocytic and pecilocytic nests? I searched, searched , and didn't find it. Although, it seems that most Russian osovedovyh do not even find that stelocytic and phragmocytic invented Saussure.
