Unfortunately, I don't know exactly where I got it from. Isn't that our beast?"

Yes, the genus is predominantly African.
Only one species reaches the Eastern Mediterranean and Greece. But it is well imported together with potted plants and sugar cane.

Volgograd region, 13 km W from st-tsy Nizhne-Chirskaya, the bank of the dam
on the "green" I get either sibirica or geminata
If this is a "low smooth keel", then it should be sibirica?

According to the area that you have indicated, Krasnoyarsk remains to the east, so this is a new point for the species?
I have 5-6 beetles, in connection with catches almost every day, molded everything on the dies in different angles, did not particularly look at the correctness of spreading. I'll keep that in mind for you if I'm in the area next year.

Elafidions, of course, are not the easiest company for us,on the other hand.
The first I would venture to call Elaphidion splendidum Fish., 1932,
and the second-E. conspersum Newman, 1842.

the first one should be checked for T. signatum, especially since it is a birch, just for this species, T. lineatum coniferous.
But what T. minor did on the birch tree is not entirely clear to me. Here he prefers common pine

I found a couple of other pieces collected in another place, but also in Krasnoyarsk in 2010 already. Legals identified as Paophilus hispidus (Faust, 1882)

Ilya, I looked, but there are more and more points appearing here, although there are only a few instances.
At the same time, the beetles seem different to me, but in order to understand whether this is so, of course, you need two types for comparison.
1. 2014 Akademgorodok. Krasnoyarsk, on the acacia tree. At the same time, the denticle on the front thighs is much more noticeable.

2. This one is also signed by Legalov as Paophilus hispidus (Faust, 1882)
scales on the aisles are thicker, narrower, with a golden hue. Broad scales form less developed stripes. Thighs with brown color.
collected on about.Tatyshev Krasnoyarsk, mowing in a clearing with a windmill. end of May.
