A couple of problematic moles from last night in Pestovo, please help me figure it out.

1. Do I understand correctly that these are two extreme variants of E. cana coloring?

Just in case, a question for okoem, as someone who understands the black magic of a motley mustache , is statics? It's the first time I've ever met a mottled moth from this subfamily in Pestovo, and any other species is extremely unlikely, but you never know... I only came across one specimen near the triannuliformis biotope, so it's rather strange why I haven't met it yet. If this is important, the abdomen is copper underneath.
And please show Vlad the statics map for the Central Federal District. I wonder if the points in the west of the region were earlier?

But this is not a priority view, so I didn't really search for points on it-and I probably didn't even slap everything.

I've never seen this species live, but judging by the photos on lepiforum , it may well be.
Green mottles can be quite secretive. They can hide during the day. In particular, this behavior occurs in the closely related species A. albanica. During the day, they are almost invisible, and summer begins in the evening, at sunset. It is likely that A. statices should also be searched in the evening.

Yes, she also came out of Voynovy Gory with me, and again on kupyr lesnom.
It's just that the Germans don't have its tracks.

For me, this is ciliella. Multiplicella has white spots that look slightly different (sometimes they are even yellowish), near the head there is a light wedge that does not smoothly turn into a light outer edge. multiplicella seems to fly out in the first half of summer.

In general, yes, I have them early - but I don't know if multiplicella has a second generation.

A. multiplicella eats wormwood, on kupyr it's definitely not her! lol.gif

What is this gelechiida from Pestovo? I caught it last year and repeated it this year. I thought it was such an unusual Gelechiia scotinella, but where are the usual ones? I think it looks like Caryocolum pullatella.
