Yes, the first one, Tortrix sinapina, and if there is still a Mongolian oak growing nearby, its caterpillar feeds on it.
I found a couple of T. sinapina, the dorsal side of the lower wing is monophonic, Ptycholoma imitator has a pronounced black line there, this is a good difference. By the way, this should be the second generation, the first one flies from May to July.
The upper surface of the wings of Ptycholoma imitator has a deeper orange color of spots than in sinapina, on the forewings only in males there is a costal fold, the lower wing fringe is larger than in T. sinapina.

A complex instance. The two teeth on the band are weakly but stronger than in most chloerata, and the front part of the abdomen is not particularly red or red, but also not intensely green, as in most rectangulata. I'm in favor of the latter. Also, chloerata usually has a strong offset at the top of the white line near the outer edge, but rectangulata and this specimen do not.
