Good evening!
Vlad, tried to launch a photo on the post via More options. but recently it fails.

I looked at it-but it's too big! More like conspersaria, it's supposed to be less dark - but for accuracy, it's better to look at the genitals.

Thanks! I'm also more inclined to believe that this is D. conspersaria.

Y. vittella, by the way, is not listed for 22 regions. We need to confirm by genitals - and in the next addition wink.gif

By the way, this is an elm species - references to other plants are called into question. I don't know if you have any elms growing in nature, if not, it may be an introduction to urban gardening.

It is already enabled for other points as well. We are working smile.gif
There is an elm, mostly small-leaved, introduced in forest plantations, but now it grows in many places.)

Junctella I think is an early species. As I remember, I caught them in the garden in April. No, there's a different color. Mikhail how about making them? )))I know I have a lot of your material, it's all gradually in the work, like leaf wrappers, like moths. Just the volume, I still don't have time. smile.gif

Yes, please! I don't mind anything for you beer.gif. Here, it's just a shame that everything disappears without a trace. In the sense of not the material, but its definition. Especially sorry for the well-straightened trifle weep.gif. You know what it costs me, one-eye smile.gif.

Mikhail, I have everything in boxes and everything is signed as it is determined and entered in the tables. Let's call you and decide how and what to send. True, everything is already practically without bellies, well, you know ). Many definitions are genital )))

In principle, yes, but there is a double view. They fly together, and reliably differ only in the structure of the copulatory apparatus.

Good day to all connoisseurs and lovers of butterflies!
In my collection, I came across a stale (since 2017) firebox without a sure
definition. It is most similar to the Central Asian species Daria coenosella Rag.
It is not listed in the Catalog of Lepidoptera of Russia (2019). However, in the new
version of the Catalog (version 2.2 of 10.06.2022), this type is already shown, although only
for the 10th region.
My instance is from the 13th region. What do you say?

And you can't specify the location (region, us. point) of the butterfly image? And it is also desirable to take a photo of her with open wings on top. According to the exposed image, it is more likely Apatura ilia-poplar iridescence.

Sorry big! Surroundings of Bryansk. There are no other photos, it was warm - I didn't want to spread my wings! Thank You

The butterfly fixation point you specified clarifies a lot. Your picture
definitely shows Apatura ilia (poplar iridescence). Similar to her perelivnitsa
Metis lives much south of Bryansk. Willow iridescence (A. iris) (see
attached. site) on the poplar tree you put up in the post, well, it is very different,
although, judging by its area, it also occurs in the Bryansk region. smile.gif

I sent the photo to Zina's specialist, who confirmed the definition of A. rumicis.

fraudatrix, thank you. Well, then rumicis. I just had 2 caterpillars - 1 euphorbiae and 1 rumicis. And there was only one butterfly hatched. And I was sure that in the jar where it was hatched, there was a euphorbiae pupa. So I just got the pupae mixed up.

Good day to all!
Another scoop is questionable. It was distinguished from the numerous Xanthia icteritia by the dark yellow background of the forewings.
Could it be Xanthia gilvago? Dark yellow-ochre-the color of the forewings is a sign of this species.
