(You need to check the dictionary for what "verification" is. And you meant "identify" = identify, not confirm. If so, it is the larva (=false caterpillar) of a sawfly. Maybe even a red pine sawfly. She doesn't live in the beds, got there by accident from the forest floor, I guess).

This is a sawfly larva, just found a suitable place for wintering or pupating.
