and us! and us!

Seriously, Colleagues.... I recently staged collections of flies from ALCOHOL-Altai, Omsk, - the materials are quite amenable to staging, and are better than the usual fees, except for those that are immediately inflamed. And for perepony, trifles, - it is also good, for such as hay eaters, thrips, soft ones - it is irreplaceable. Bedbugs are too bad...
And it is very convenient for passing mass collections of poorly distinguishable trifles of almost any insects. alcohol - > alcohol96 - > acetone - >blotter
Who collects anything at all, collect along the way everything in a row, a trifle (I am personally interested in small-scale scraps, leaf blocks, flies), at least something in your honor will have time to OPESAT))

Do you accept people from the Moscow region?

Of course!

What kind of riders are you interested in? Is that really all? What, is it possible to give them to someone for identification?
It's a good thing that Sweden has left this list of "white spots", otherwise I thought: what about the collections of Zetterstedt, Holmgren, Thomson, Thunberg, Idar, and finally, which contain so many standard materialswink.gif, or did I understand something wrong by "visible space"? And in 2003-2006, Sweden conducted global trapping with more than 70 Malaise traps (SMTP) across the country in various biotopes. All this is done with a focus on the knowledge of the fauna of poorly studied orders, mainly Diptera and Hymenoptera. About 40 million specimens were caught. insects, where the membranes do not occupy the last place (if exactly, then the second after diptera). Currently, these materials are selected by experts from all over Europe...
The fauna of perepons, mainly Parasitica, is much less studied in Southern Europe, including Italy, Spain, and Portugal, with rare exceptions of some groups. And there is nothing to say about our country. Primorye, Sakhalin, and the Kuril Islands, and to a lesser extent the Hub, have been studied beyond the Urals. krai, EAO, Kamchatka, Transbaikalia, north of Yakutia, Altai Mountain range... The rest is one big patch of the unknown. The European part is a bit better, but there are also a lot of holes. I have not heard of collections from the Vologda region, Kirov, Bryansk, Oryol, and Kaluga regions, although I do not presume to judge all the eardrums, M. B. bumblebees-wasps are caught there... In the north, which is closer to me, there are few fees from the Arkhangelsk region, Murmansk, Komi...
In short, we still have enough untrodden places for more than one generation of entomologists wink.gif

Of course!

I'll keep that in mind! If you find anything from Hymenoptera , we will be happy to share it

I am only interested in the group whose taxonomy I am currently working on (Perilissini, Ctenopelmatinae).

By" visible space " ZIN meant. I apologize if I misled you. There are no collections of hymenoptera from the above-mentioned regions on the cotton layers in ZINA. Sweden is mentioned incorrectly.

All other works are carried out: Scaramozzino in Italy, Bordera, Castillo, Selfa and Tormos in Spain, Glavendekic in Serbia. By the way, this spring I really hope for training camps in Sicily, where the Italians collected little.

from these regions, there are small collections of Krivokhatsky, Korotyaev, Marshakov, Yusrev, Tobias and Tryapitsin. Of course, they are clearly not enough.

The above list of " white spots "is a matter of principle, besides, the work is not faunal, and small fees are almost no different from"white spots".

In general, you need to collect and collect!

Process the Moscow pet museum. A lot of species are labeled with new types that are not described in the literature-Viktorov's work. I'm not sure which of your subfamilies exactly....

Colleagues, if you ask for material, then at least in a "nutshell" enlighten the people. Not everyone is so advanced as to know who and where to catch by the name of the tribe... We need information on who is developing, where they can get caught, the size and "kitchen" signs, so that it is immediately clear who is needed and whether... For example, I have from xylobiont beetles, when they are removed, parasitic membranes regularly "come out". I released some of them earlier, now I'm collecting them, and at one time I sent them to the ZIN, but they probably didn't fit the person who asked. Therefore, so far, only a few that have been bred over the winter are "lying around", but if you radically have to clean the freezer, then first of all they will "fly" ... (guess who).

As for the Moscow region - of course, non-native entomologists are interested in everything, but the fauna is so rich (and according to post. impressions - more interesting and richer than a number of even more southern ones) that random collections of.... species (less than fifty) "If something comes across" - neither the mind nor the heart.... If they are someone will come across more than..., it will not seem enough.

Since I don't know much about Hymenoptera, it's easier for me to collect everything in a row, and give it to those who understand it. From this myriad, perhaps there will be something interesting

And on whom do the representatives of the Perilissini tribe develop? And if possible, a photo, drawing or characteristic signs of any (to at least focus on something), otherwise I don't know anything about riders smile.gif

31.03.2009 15:52, guest: Cosmos

Perilissini - according to this determinant-on sawflies Tenthredinidae, Diprionidae, another family of them...And why do you need to focus on perildissin? - I didn't understand the background of the question... Focus on the cryptin subfamily - it is the most numerous, there are rings on the antennae, like ichneumonins, but large (and small) ones clearly have an ovipositor sticking out. And the main sign-measured from the pelvis of the front leg - on the side-lower strone of the mid-chest there is a clear point or deeper groove-fold. I will be very glad to see them from everywhere. What kind of material are you interested in? There are some small insects from India-Goa this February-bugs, bedbugs, cicadas.
All others - similarly))) tokmirov(at)rambler.ru

CosMosk, drop me your address - I'll send you the promised riders from Kazakhstan, otherwise I forget all the time.

22.08.2012 12:37, Seneka

By the way, I also accept riders from any place, preferably not the Moscow region. I catch the Moscow ones myself, but I won't refuse a present, if necessary. As a thank you, I will send you now or later what you need from my collections, or I will collect it purposefully. Possible collection areas are the entire European part of the Russian Federation(so far there are only Dosang 2011, Voronezh 2011, Moscow region 2011 -..., Crimea (2011), Altai Krai (planned in 2013 -...), somewhere else, maybe.
