Colleagues, many people (especially Muscovites) were caught on the territory of the Yaroslavl region. If anyone has points of finds of species listed in the YAO CC, please share!!! Preferably with photos (you can send them to your personal account) - the information will be personalized in the essays. The list can be found here:

Yaroslavl region, Pereslavl district, Batkovskoe swamp, near the village of Shiryayka, 07. VI. 2014.
Here are the views that I personally saw in that part of the Batkovsky swamp, which is located directly on the territory of the Yaroslavl region:

Colias palaeno
Coenonympha hero
Boloria eunomia
Boloria euphrosyne
Plebejus optilete

Was sennitsa Coenonympha hero, not Coenonympha tullia? It's just that we haven't seen Coenonympha hero in the region for a long time...

Yes, it was Coenonympha hero, and on that day this species was the most numerous of the Red Book. I didn't mention Coenonympha tullia because I didn't meet it myself. However, this species is known from the Batkovsky swamp, and it probably hasn't flown out yet that day.

On excursions during the second five-year period of this century, I can confirm both hero and tullia for the Batkovsky swamp; I noted both types on both sides of the clearing separating the Yaroslavl and Moscow regions (the clearing runs meridonally just east of Maly Lake. Aquilonaris along the clearing came across mainly just on the Yaroslavl side (although in general it is common in this swamp). Jutta is marked as the closest to the Yaroslavl region (within the Moscow region) - 350 meters from the regional border, at a point approximately south-east of Maly Lake. Morpheus was recorded near the highway north of the swamp near the bridge over the Shusta River, i.e. also very close to the Yaroslavl region, since the highway in this place only briefly turns out to be in the Moscow region.

But much more interesting is the plant whose bush was marked and photographed (still on film) on the southern side of that highway already 500 meters east of that clearing (therefore, stopudovo on the Yaroslavl territory) - Cypripedium calceolus, i.e. the usual Venus ' slipper (which in the list presented is in the first category!). It would be a good idea to inform Yaroslavl botanists (if you have any friends among them). True, in subsequent seasons this plant was not noted in that place, because then they began to mow grass along the roadsides for zero, they did not have enough shaved lawns in cities; at least they did not climb with a mower into the depths of the swamp...

I unsubscribed to a botanist who specializes in orchids. Thank you.

Alexander, I belatedly dug up diaries and photos from those years to check my own sclerosis, so now I will have to make changes regarding the shoe. In fact, Cypripedium was found not so far to the east (just now I mixed up the routes of various excursions in detail), not 500 m east of the swamp clearing, along which the regions border, but only 300 m east of the bridge over the Shusta River, right at the exit of this clearing to the highway. the bouquet stuck out perfectly on the border between the Moscow and Yaroslavl regions-half of the flowers we have, half you have.

This group of plants was discovered on June 4, 2007, but the camera was not with them. On June 7, 2007, I arrived at the site for the second time and photographed Cypripedium (which was still in place) on film. I have now tried to scan (in case someone needs it) three of the best printed photos (the film is already difficult to find) with the highest possible quality, I upload it to the server in one archive file, but please keep in mind that it is better to download it in the next few days.
