user posted imageHorse mezhnyak (Cicindela hybrida). It moves in sharp, short leaps, for which it was called a "steed". An active predator. The larva, on the other hand, hunts from ambush. It is widely distributed in Russia.
The picture was taken in the Astrakhan region.

I totally agree with Elizar. Of course, this is not Cicindela hybrida.
