By the way, the species is called Aiolocaria hexapilota (Hope, 1831) (=mirabilis Motschulsky, 1860); please correct the subject name! It is common throughout the east of the Chita region (Zabaikalsky Krai), in the Argun region it occurs in bulk in places; in the west it penetrates to Chita and the Aginsky district. It is common in all places of the Upper and Middle Amur region and in Primorye.
The species is found not only where there is walnut (and Manchurian, and forest) and leaf beetle Gastrolina depressa. It feeds on larvae of VARIOUS leaf beetles, so it lives not only in places where nuts grow. Detailed information about the species is available in the Red Data Book of the Trans-Baikal Territory. This section was written by O. V. Korsun, a specialist in Coccinellidae and a student of V. N. Kuznetsov.
