Harmonia axyridis Pall.

Distribution: Japan, Korea, China, Mongolia, Northern Kazakhstan. In Russia: Southern Siberia, Amur Region, Khabarovsk and Primorsky Territories, Sakhalin, Kunashir Island.
The coloration of the species varies greatly. It lives in the forest zone on trees and grassy vegetation. It feeds on aphids. In autumn, it forms large clusters on the walls of houses, balconies and roofs.
