Great!
Do you have a photo of the female?

There is, but Misha Omelko. I won't put other people's names.
Here is the link: http://www.photosight.ru/photo.php?photoid...5906&ref=author
The country should know its heroes. It is unlikely that anyone else shot in nature.

Oh, yes!
I've been hanging out on the photo site for a long time, and I'm very familiar with Omelko's work and yours, PG.
I will join you and recommend that forum participants enjoy the photos.
I was especially pleased with the photo of Sphecodina caudata.

That's why it's not Sephisa dichroa, but S. princeps... shuffle.gif

I don't mind, I'm more on botany here... smile.gif But I compared them both - I didn't find any special differences (in terms of appearance). But I learned that many authors simply distinguish a subspecies (ito, it is not clear what this is based on) - Sephisa dichroa princeps. In general, entomologists are strange guys! They like to breed species smile.gif. But I am almost sure that if both siphysis are mated, then fertile offspring is provided, and the ranges overlap. umnik.gif

I agree, princeps is a subspecies. And that entomologists are strange guys, I also agree.!!
