"Join us!
Panthea grisea Wileman 1910 Buryatia"

On December 20, I deleted a photo of an incorrectly defined butterfly.
Thanks to cajarc for the help in defining it.

Guys, this isn't Panthea grisea !! This genus is represented in Siberia and the Far East by only one species, P. coenobita. THIS is a female VOLNYANKA from the species Gynaephora relictus.
At least it is believed that this species lives in the south of Siberia, and G. lugens goes to the north. Yes, and the species independence of the relictus species is also still, as far as I know, an open question.

In the" Catalog " lugens is synonymized with relictus.

I didn't hear it. It says the following:
8353. Synonym: lugens I. Kozhantshikov, 1948, syn. n. A study of the type material and comparison of other individuals from different regions of the Palearctic, conducted by A. Y. Matov, V. V. Dubatolov and V. V. Zolotukhin, showed that there are no clear morphological differences that allow us to divide the taxa relictus and lugens at the species level. There are also no biological differences between them, since facultative parthenogenesis, which was previously considered characteristic of G. lugens, was also found in South Siberian populations belonging to G. relictus [according to G. A. Grigoriev].

Trichosea ludifica (Linnaeus, 1758). End of June, South of Khakassia, Zap. Sayan mountains, tundra zone.
It's strange, but no one has put up a photo here yet. Probably, the animal is rare not only in our area..
