And there is enough trade at any party congress; however, they distribute and sell not only political literature of the party, but also cosmetics, clothes, and other shushval, while in our country they limit themselves to scientific material and literature on the profile of the congress. Yes, our speeches from the rostrum were, fortunately, limited only to the business reports of T. taler, but on the other hand, we heard enough entomological speeches on the sidelines from each other at a dozen conferences.

What can we say about suppliers of scientific material in terms of commodity-money relations?
Group researchers simply can't do without other people's material, and not everything can be purchased with barter and gifts. Sometimes, not being able to travel the globe for the right group, the researcher is forced to choose between maintaining financial virginity (which, in relation to other goods, he does not think about) and the ability to receive material. At the same time, I can confirm that direct exchange of scientific material was very common at the congress, including between sellers, which once again confirms their passion not so much for money as for insects. I'm not even talking about how much material was distributed just like that. And not a single Moscow Ivanov, who at the congress purchased material from Sidorov, for example, from the non-Moscow Sidorov, considered it a loss that they did not both have to go to Frankfurt for this contact, with all its charms.
And the Russification of Bursa, that is, its transformation - without losing trade as the main form of exchange relations in a market society - into a meeting of old friends and colleagues, gave rise, in my opinion, to the optimal form for further movement. I say this more for those dear friends and colleagues whom we did not see at our congress, and we sincerely regret this. And those who were present and know all this themselves, let them now think about what to offer for the future, what technical roughnesses that have emerged should be eliminated,and what developments should be captured in the future. The work done was titanic, and only those who were at the congress can fully appreciate it; but this, in the new "format", is truly the first congress, and there is no limit to perfection.

This is primarily a joke; but every joke has its share of a joke.

The left butterfly in the current frame (the right one in the first frame) may be mistaken for a female (due to its slightly higher greenness), but in this case, the coincidence of the rest of the color scheme in both butterflies is puzzling. The difficulty of finding a female in the frame was also noted by one of the real experts who were at the congress, when I showed him this picture on the wall.

The butterflies are almost identical in color. If this is not a defect in working out the color when photographing, then the version about the female (right in the original frame) is again slightly more greenish, but this is extremely small for our comfort. In the first frame, the light edge of the rear wing is visible, which has gone forward behind the front one; but this may well be explained by the fact that the other rear wing is "behind", only one protrudes forward, so the single-layer extreme strip is lighter in light than it would be if both rear wings were evenly protruding forward. So even this light protruding edge of the rear wing does not mean anything yet.

Therefore, if we do not assume the comic version that I initially proposed, then there may be two serious explanations. Choose from them yourself:
1. The color is poorly reproduced, now in two images (!).
2. If the first explanation completely disappears (the photographer knows better), we will have to conclude that, of course, it is the right butterfly (in the first picture), due to its greater greenness and noticeable whiteness, at least along the veins, that is the female, but not the standard, but the extremely rare form of britannica Obth., which is indicated in the literature, among other things, for the European part of the USSR. Or, at least, strongly tends to this form.

I've seen lemongrass mating in nature, of course; there may be photos or even videos lying around somewhere. But the female was always noticeably different from the male, this difference can be seen immediately.
