Gentlemen, we need help from colleagues who are related (or friends in the relevant circles) to the police (transport) or a/k Transaero.
The crux of the matter is that on Friday, 02.07.2010, Transaero flight UN0123 was scheduled to depart from Domodedovo at 23:45 to Vladivostok for our colleague from the kazax forum, known to the world as Vladimir Vasilenko (I don't remember his patronymic). The last time he called me was at 22: 10 with the message that he had checked in for the flight and checked in his luggage. We agreed. that upon arrival in Vladivostok, he will send a text message. Unfortunately, he hasnweep.gif't heard from him since, not even with his wife...
Currently, his phone has all network coverage or is turned off. Vladimir planned to buy a SIM card of the local NTS operator at the airport and provide his new number. I didn't report it.
Alas, Vladivostok is far away, my friends there are from the category of caps. SDI and I are scheduled to arrive in Vladivostok only on July 10. Therefore, I appeal to my colleagues from Primorye, to anyone who is related to air transportation or law enforcement agencies, with a request to find out:
1. did Vladimir fly out of Domodedovo?
2. Did he arrive in Vladivostok?
3. if you arrived, did you end up in the hospital or the police?

Upon arrival, Vladimir was going to go to Spassk-Dalny, get a hotel there, and then take buses to Sinegorye (south and southeast of Spassk-Dalny). The places there are wild. However, now it is desirable to understand why he did not get in touch.

Official channels don't work. Information about the passenger's departure/arrival is provided by Transaero only for money, and even then either personally to the passenger or to parents about their children (http://transaero.ru/ru/help/requests). Even my wife won't be told under the law on personal information, I've already called and asked frown.gif
That's it, gentlemen. This refers to the topic of solo expeditions even in our country...

The plane, in any case, took off at 23.59 from Domodedovo and landed in Vladivostok at 8.07 Moscow time. For the 2nd and 3rd days, Vasilenko's surname is not listed in the registration of the airport medical center either for injuries, illness, hospitalization, etc. I assume that Volodya still flew to Vladivostok and arrived there. Further – silence.
At this moment, Vasilenko is not listed among the residents of any hotel in Spassk-Dalny (one of them, however, "Fort Cement", could not be reached).

The Knevichi Airport Information Center(Vladivostok) does not provide information about passengers, only at the request of the police. Phone number of the air transport police station at the airport is +7-4232-3066752. You need an authorized request (from a law enforcement organization).

probably the wife or official colleagues can file an application to the police about the missing person and then they will make an official request to the AK and then to the instances

I connected my channels (unfortunately, I'm on vacation myself). Can anyone specify Vladimir's middle name and date of birth? This will make your search much easier.

Anna is absolutely right. The wife (or any other relative) should apply to the police station (at Vladimir's place of residence) with a statement about the unknown disappearance of a person, thereby initiating an official request to the relevant structures in Vladivostok.

I sent the data. Now everything depends on the efficiency of the Far Eastern colleagues (and their workload in the main, so to speak, work: my appeal is also unofficial-a request; as I understand it, there are no official statements from relatives?).

My wife hasn't contacted the police yet. He says that during their life together, he threw out more pretzels than that. But if it doesn't show up for a couple more days, she'll report it to the police.

In any case, don't panic just yet. We hope for the best, keeping in mind the opinion of his wife.

Phone number of the air transport police station at the airport is +7-4232-3066752.

I think there was an error in the phone number. I think it should be like this: +7 (or 8) - 4232 (this is a long-distance code) - 306-751 (or 306-752-this is the number of the police station's duty station). Here is the link: http://vvo.aero/index.php?option=com_conte...id=24&Itemid=49

Vladimir's wife called the airport police. There she was informed that no incidents with him were recorded. They were reassured that the connection in Primorye was bad and said that they would look for her only after her official address at the place of residence. The rest was written by sdi.
So, we stop twitching and just wait for the development of events. As a last resort, on the 10th, Sergey and I will go to LOVD and try to talk again as Vladimir's colleagues.

Already happy!

Yes,according to the regulations in force in the Russian Federation regulating the procedure for searching for missing persons-that's exactly what you can't do.

Success to you! Let your worries be related only to routine organizational issues, which no expedition can do without!

Yes, a missing person's report is accepted no earlier than 3 days from the moment of their disappearance. Thank you all for your kind wishes and responsiveness.

And why is the connection in Primorye bad....
Most likely, or does not want to call or something with the phone, by heart now very few people even know a couple of numbers of the next of kin-friends...
I don't think you need to panic. And there are no particularly "wild" places on the Blue Ridge.

Thank you all very much for participating in the search for my traveler husband. I called home last night.Located in Nechayevka, the connection is not very good there....But I didn't call right away, so you're all such enthusiastic people when you go out hunting. Thank you again very much. Have a good fishing season.Ludmila.

That's what I needed to prove... My wife was right. At 4: 00 Moscow time, this reptile (Kazakh) appeared. I'm not sure about the exact wording of his explanations (sleepy info was hard to get), but in general, he didn't have a connection. And now, when he gets to Spask-Dalny, he calls everyone back. The carelessness and irresponsibility is simply amazing - he disappeared for 77 hours and as if nothing had happened. In general, a person got to the edge of a frenzied number of insects and lost his head!

In fact, in Primorye, more insects disappear in the summer, especially rare ones, than entomologists.
Let's go here... lol.gif

Colleagues called back that, at least, as of night (Moscow time), nothing happened to Vladimir, and he arrived in Primorye. I went to the forum to report this, and then such good news. That's all, I'm calling off the rest of the events, so as not to frighten the personsmile.gif.
