B2B offered real work for real money, apparently in the expectation that there are people on the forum who will want to combine "pleasant" - their passion, with "useful" - the opportunity to earn money. And he's right. And then it turned out - on the site "rich scientists", then books for everyday activities for 100 euros are not expensive, then 50 rubles for 30 minutes of work is not enough, that's fine.
Let his offer be used by those who are interested. Why not use constructive criticism? What difference does it make what his souvenirs look like? Did they really plan to extract insects from them?..

sciurus,
in fact, I looked at topics about making homemade inventory on the principle of "making candy out of shit" instead of just buying a high-quality factory product for my favorite hobby. I also looked at topics that discussed penny price differences for, for example, pins... Using some kind of boxes instead of desiccators... I thought it was a sign of a lack of money...
I was wrongsmile.gif In Russia, it's always like this: we won't spend much for a little, and no one pays much.
By the way, unfolding the butterfly, including pasting it into the frame, with all the preparatory operations takes about 15 minutes.

The price of 50r is normal, I think many would agree. BUT, to go full-time to the Railway Station, and by the way, you will have to spend money on transport decently. Taking a batch home is another matter. This can be done in the evening or at night.

B2B totally agrees with you. In my opinion, it's all about showing off, you definitely need to show coolness, and in the next branch there is a serious discussion about how to extract a beetle from a Chinese plastic keychain...

In time, I specifically wrote 30 minutes, adjusted for hand tremors.... beer.gif

I was thinking about homeworkers, but there are too many additional costs and technical difficulties. And also the risk of non-return of drying. Therefore, it is easier to train people from scratch than to take home-based entomologists.
At one time, I considered the option with homeworkers with disabilities. I wanted to give them the opportunity to earn money. But because of the same reasons, he refused. Just imagine the process of delivery and acceptance (with simultaneous quality control) and transportation of hundreds of straightened butterflies and beetles. The losses will be huge. Don't forget that this is in-line production, not transportation of your favorite collection to and from the exhibition.

Therefore, it is easier to train people from scratch than to take home-based entomologists.

This is the crux of the problem. This is already production, and not the art of mounting and collecting aesthetics.
So it turns out that everyone here is an aesthete. They are ready to sit hungry and with bare walls, but spend hours admiring the butterflies spread out by themselves.

Don't jump to conclusions about what you may not understand. Be patient, sit, wait - there are a lot of people on the forum and, if your offer is worth something, you will find it. And in passing (just because one or two people disagree with you in a sharp form) to water everyone ... no need.

I apologize if I offended anyone. Not out of spite...
It's just that the views of the employer and employee are often diametrically opposed + the complete lack of desire to work for the majority of Russian residents.
In our country, people often look not for an "employer" but for a "salary giver". The difference is quite significant smile.gif
