Igor, there seems to be a problem on your side or on the side of the provider.
My site works fine from two different providers:
1) Home (comp via cable): The Net by Net provider.
2) Cellular (smartphone over 3G): MTS provider.
In both cases, the Opera browser. Figure it out for yourself.
