I am surprised by their mass character...
Maybe betilids?

Here it can.

10.07.2007 9:13, алекс 2611

Why are they unsuitable? Not so short. Normal running legs. I am sure that if you touch it , it will run, and even like that smile.gif

I looked at the collection of ants. I'm not really into them, but the general feeling is that the legs here are really quite different from those of ants...

10.07.2007 9:23, Tigran Oganesov

Yes, the legs will be smaller, but there are also different ants. But in general, yes, after all, not ants, most likely.

10.07.2007 9:40, A.Andrey

Touched, runs, but not very fast-noticeably slower than an ant.

10.07.2007 9:51, алекс 2611

Either Omar (German wasps) or Bolivar(betilid wasps) are probably right. It is not clear why they massively climbed into the house.

Yeah, either that or the other wink.gif

By the way, most of them are seen on the windowsill in the kitchen and on the wall under the windowsill. From there, they move to the table. I arrive in the evening and put 5-7 pieces of pressure there. I saw a couple "sniveling" in the gap between the windowsill and the wall. Today I will try to treat the cracks with some insect repellent.

10.07.2007 10:06, omar

That's what confuses me the most. Well, there is nothing for them to do there, and even in such numbers.
You never know... Krasnodar after all. Maybe they have an outbreak of mass reproduction near the house, and they just randomly pass through the cracks.

Absolutely non-ant appearance and some very ant-like behavior. From the wall to the windowsill, from the windowsill to the table. Very ant-like.

Please help me identify this stuff that I started up recently (as the heat started) on the carpet. confused.gif For the first time I noticed them surrounded by some dead insect (like a mosquito, only bigger). Then I took a closer look at the entire carpet and counted about 10 of them. Short description: the body is oval in shape (3-4 mm long), striped (brown and black), the body is covered with small hairs, easily dodged, it is difficult to keep on a vertical surface, you notice them separately in inactivity. I feed them to small fish. smile.gif

With this description, it's called guess with 1 note imho...

definitely not the second one, but something similar to the first picture. Still, the creature is striped and has two pointed antennae at the end. Today I dropped a drop of alcohol on one of them - it spread out. The body is soft, easy to choke. On a flat surface runs quite fast

12.07.2007 7:16, A.Andrey

And yet it is not clear what they are doing at my house and how to evict them?

12.07.2007 8:18, omar

1. Find cracks and holes, ways to get them into the house.
2. Coat these entry routes with cockroach chalk.

12.07.2007 12:22, RippeR

a photo would be better.. And you can also view neighboring topics, search for likenesses

and I dropped a drop of ethyl acetate on the softlings that came to my light, they began to nervously strain and crawl, open their wings, fall sprostyny and willfully quickly die smile.gifHere I am a fiend-experimenter cool.gif

I knowfrown.gif, but there was no way to get rid of all these softlings who flew into the house, from which my sister screamed and swore for a long frown.giftime.

oh.. i.e. I meant: really, I spent so much precious ethyl acetate on some stupid softlings lol.gif

Radichok, they don't look like these guys:

I think that these are leatherheads from Anthrenus.

But in fact, why drip! Sounds like sadism!
You can also throw it out of the window or slam it at the very least.
I do not kill any of the insects that have flown in, except for mosquitoes and biting midges. smile.gif But the last ones just got to me! Especially the flies, it's generally a horror of some kind. I'm talking about those flies that bite off a piece of skin, small ones (about 1-2mm) gray. And I collect kozheedov in a jar of flour. I already have two views. Maybe they will come in handy when-a thread for food. smile.gif

No. Those are profusely covered with hairs...

13.07.2007 10:40, Radichok

Fanatics! weep.gif And midges can't bite anything off, because they don't have a gnawing mouthpiece.

Why "fanatics"? I think these things are eating my new carpet. I don't see them anywhere else except on the carpet. Or maybe it feeds on dead organic tissues. XS. But I didn't find them at the last one, except for the case of a dead mosquito..

A.Andrey, just, if you don't mind too much, before the events to get rid of them, catch a few things, freeze (you can hold them in a glass jar close to the light bulb - they will die of high temperature), put them in a matchbox with cotton wool (so that they don't break) and send them to someone from the forum. I wonder who it is.

25.07.2007 7:18, A.Andrey

to Bad Den, no problem. What address should I send it to?
I hope to be able to determine more precisely who it is and what it needs at my home. They've been getting quite impudent lately." By the way, judging by the reaction to their bites, my immunity is already beginning to develop - the irritation is much less and passes faster smile.gif

I really hope for professional advice.
Three days as unknown insects bite at night, and once during the day during sleep. Bites resemble mosquitoes, or one or two or three blisters, very severe itching, and then an allergic reaction does not go away for a long time. It was possible to see and crush (it became clear that the bloodsuckers) only three representatives: small (up to 2 mm), do not jump or fly, round, flat, two dark brown, almost black, one crawled on the sheet during the day (Brr...) reddish, looks like a tick. I went through sites about bedbugs, they write that they are the size of an apple stone, and these are much smaller (maybe teenagers?). Yesterday I treated carpets, baseboards, sofa, etc. with a drug that contains cypermethrin, at night our dog was bitten again and itched, and she wears a flea and tick collar all the time. We live on the seventh floor in the south of Russia, the balcony is open all summer, and on the next balcony they feed pigeons and they periodically sit down on our railing. I know that there are bird beetles and some ticks that bite people in their homes, but the descriptions of them and their habits are very brief. I am absolutely terrifiedweep.gif, I am afraid to call any services, I am afraid to harm my favorite animals: a cat and a dog. Please mol.gifhelp and share your information.

I'm not an expert. especially for lice, but I think that they are, that is, lice, maybe not clothes, but a different kind. Here's a look at what they look like:
http://images.google.com.ua/images?hl=ru&q...m=1&sa=N&tab=wi

29.07.2007 22:46, Dana55

Thank you for responding, but to be honest, they don't look very similar, and then lice live on people, and not behind carpets near the sofa. The situation has changed, the dog, it turns out, caught a flea and after bathing in the appropriate shampoo calmed down. We also slept well today, apparently the treatment had an effect. But I still wonder if it came from the birds or from the neighbors. What are they like, bird beetles?

29.07.2007 22:51, sealor

Why only on people, because lice are different. And bird beetles are mostly bed beetles, and they are big.

05.08.2007 0:24, bobble

today we found a cluster of tiny (0.3 to 1 mm) insects. Crawling fast, color: the smallest-transparent, the largest-black. If crushed-crunch, the contents of the crushed-gray-black. They don't fly or jump. They also seem to bite, because I began to itch. Habitat-loggia, window in the kitchen and the kitchen itself. Pigeons built a nest on the loggia under the floor in the spring.Maybe this infection came from there....help to recognize and kill reptiles...we have a cat.How you can treat yourself, your cat, and your room..there are a lot of insects, they are barely distinguishable by the human eye. It seems that the body is round, without pronounced parts, 2 small antennae in front, and it seems 6 legs... very worried!
