A beetle pupa, what's wrong with it?

In May, a beetle larva was found, cream-colored with dots in two rows on the back, the head is brown. In general, until recently, she lived with us in a pot of flowers in good soil from the stream ( roots, humus, etc.) and felt great, was terribly active, "fought". We went on vacation for 2 weeks, no one watered the ground( they left the soil moist). It was opened today... there is no goose, there is such a pupa here... what's wrong with her, can you tell me? It doesn't move, it was wrapped in something white ( long, white, soft threads, or some kind of jelly). Is it normal and wait for hatching or did she come kapets? confused.gif

this is kapets-overgrown with pathogenic fungi... it is strange that not when they were watered, but when the ground began to dry up...
