Here I post photos of my Anamskys. As I already wrote, they partially turned pale (as can be seen in the photo). Today I noticed that 2 stick insects can not stay on a slippery (glass) surface, they fall, I think they even have something with their feet (when I put them on a flat surface, they go "stumbling" and fall), weep.gifI assume that they can not shed, although they have sufficient humidity+I spray them every evening). Isolation of pure cultures of microorganisms was carried out, depending on the type of infection, on various nutrient media using generally accepted (Weiser, Evlakhova, Shvetsova, Steinhaus, etc., well, a bunch of foreign all sorts-different), and in some cases, specially developed methods for this purpose. To obtain monospore isolates of entomopathogenic fungi and the same Boveria, a conidia suspension was prepared in sterile water. To do this, a small amount of mycelium with conidia from a 7-day culture was transferred to 5 ml of sterile water and thoroughly shaken. After a series of dilutions, the suspension was applied with a micropipette to the surface of potato-glucose agar in Petri dishes and rubbed with a spatula. The seeded cups were placed in a thermostat at 26-280 ° C. After 3 days, the plates were scanned and colonies growing from one conidia were noted. They were screened out in test tubes on Saburo dextrose agar and stored in a refrigerator at 4-60C before being used in further work.
