At the end of May 2023, I photographed such an insect in Belarus. https://disk.yandex.by/i/NSdYohLn11YUGg We walked along the road and occasionally bumped into these monsters. What can it be? I've never seen anything like it.

And no one writes anything. At least someone would answer, they say, "fuuu"... Or "when I see such people, I immediately turn away." They are silent! To the author: I understand that for a one-time message, it is lazy to register with the first name, but keep in mind that the account with the first name John and the last name Silver will be deleted within a week. Otherwise, people may think that it is also normal for a reusable account to subscribe to this site in this way. Thank you all!
