Hirta I mentioned by the way, and in Moscow it was taken male waste paper.

The lilac hawk moth was caught again. The trend, however, started to come around every year.

Another lilac hawk moth that arrived, but it was killed in the trash. I didn't take it.

If someone says Eumenes and edemeris before the appearance, it will be great!

And I also found the chrysalis of some leaf wrapper on Amur velvet! I wonder if some local polyphagus tried it out, or if something Far Eastern has been pinned down...

15.07.2022 19:52, Vlad Proklov

hirta on Oka is not a big surprise. I met them near Protvino and in Alpatievo, kotbegemot-somewhere on the level of Kashira.

No, I was fishing for khirta in Nikiforovo, Serpukhov district. There are a lot of them there.
And I was thinking of finding waste paper in Zhukovsky - I have a woodworking plant across the road and rhinos arrived regularly. But in its place now some metallurgy and rhinos are no longer visible frown.gif

At my dacha, rhinos regularly fly, in theory thanks to compost heaps. Scolium something is not noticed))

By the way, Asalebria geminella near Moscow, live with it now.

Hello everyone.
July 11. Istra district, Pavlovskoye settlement.
The catch of one day, or rather a trip to the store. What is called went for bread.
20220714_144325.jpg
The most interesting thing here is of course Phytoecia icterica. I have never caught this species here, especially since it is considered southern and has been recorded, as far as I know, only in the southern regions of the region. This one was caught in a meadow along a concrete road on some kind of umbrella without generative shoots. On the leaves, something like a femur (Pimpinella saxifraga).
And in general, the southern views are noticeably prut to the north. A few days ago I found it near the village. Troitsky song cicada Cicadetta montana, for the second year in a row I celebrate here Phymatodes testaceus, Anaesthetis testscea, this year Clytus arietis appeared.

And on what zlatki were taken?

Here everything is classic-Ditserki on half-dead alder, and Pezilonoty - on aspens, alive, but with a wormhole. L. thoracica also rode on one of them

Since the end of June, the whole forest in the country was full of flying males. In the garden, females and males were born, but only sporadically.

Yesterday, there were abundant unpaired birds, on a plot of ~ 150 meters along the buildings about 20 individuals, all females, almost all of them dropped their clutches. This is just what was sitting on the walls and sidewalk. With a painstaking search, I think even more can be counted.

There is already more than enough unpaired trees in the center of Moscow. In Orekhovo-Zuyevsky and Shatursky - en masse. In June, for example, in Voimezhnoye, caterpillars were everywhere you looked, the leaves of all deciduous trees were severely damaged, especially oak. They even nibbled blueberries

I walked around the park, found a good population of blue-winged fillies (before that, I only met them here here and there). If someone recognizes Polist before the species and Eumenina at least before the genus-it will be great!

Polistes dominula and Ancistrocerus

Ancistrocerus to the species in any way?

I walked through the Tsagovsky forest in Zhukovsky today. Why haven't I been there yet?!!

1) Egerius is an indecent quantity-just like in England!

2) Already analyzing the photo, I noticed that the female "Icarus" does not have a spot in the discal cell. Who knows these species well-is it Icarus or thersites? The latter I only met in the far south in MO.

3) Identify Cryptocephalus and geotrupes, good people! And Gasteruptsion, too!

4) Found an abandoned upper-sided Phyllonorycter mine on a broom tree. I'm scratching my turnips.

The second generation of egeria today was in the oak grove behind Velyaminovo (Stupinsky district) in large numbers, both sexes are the freshest. Calmly flutter and sit down on the grass only in the sun, under a cloud or immediately dive somewhere, or, on the contrary, very quickly rush past and again in a second they are already hiding. The freshest cabbage - I don't know if it was the second or third generation, the third was usually much later - is not numerous, but it's okay that it returned to nature at all; the other two pieris are also not numerous, but no longer today's. The males of the yurt are well-flown, but the females are decent and still hatch and sometimes mate with this old man. The third generation argiades saw the freshest female, so early I do not remember before. Icarus is not numerous (males are so-so, females are quite themselves), it is rare in mating. One span each of wiped lineola / sylvestris, wiped burdock and fresh male lemongrass. A small and very fresh swallowtail flew past from not quite junk. In general, species are marked at a minimum. I thought that this time I would get (for the season I should have) at least Carabus coriaceus, but where is there, in general, there are practically zero beetles, only one wasp is noted in total on several drunken oaks; umbrellas and partially meadowsweet are in very good condition, but almost empty, like the rest of the blooming ones. Even after a trip to the vicinity of Dedinov a few days earlier, where almost everyone is on strike and only a few aurats and a single metallica met from xylophages, Velyaminovo seemed completely empty to the beetles.

Egeria we have a lot for several years, and in the Chekhov district in my memory there have always been at least two generations, in particularly warm years - three.

In my opinion, it doesn't look like a terzit after all. Didn't build it? It would be possible to remove the molecular weight and dispel doubts)
