I've got a package signed "mixed butterflies", Mt. Argopuro, E-Java, and this butterfly was in the envelope signed "Java IS/". Sure, all these signs might be as trustful as any wrong ones... or it could be haphazardly packed in there?

Not sure as for Bolina due to that it's way larger than those Bolina I saw at the Phuket Butterfly Garden, from where I got a female, took it away from a gecko, so it was quite beat-up. I'll take a photo of their both undersides in days and add it here.

I'm definitely not a pro, but can suggest one of Perrhybris or Dismorphia (looking at the photo I recalled an illustration of the old "Animal life" series published in 1969, volume 3, page 193).

Dmitry, thanks for the elaboration. That's right, it's named at mine a swallowtail from the Philippines. I've got as well a male marked as p.lederouria from the Philippines again (the photo is attached). I happened to meet common P.polytes in Thailand, there are photos on the website that I made with it sitting on elephant biggies.

Petr, I got it named like this. Go google P.alphenor and you'll see lots of it. I'm not an entomologist but there is such a mess with all these species and subspecies names! Podalirius, for instance, has been counted as of the Papilio genus till the very end (maybe even later) of 80's!

Looks like Euploea crameri bremeri. Identified by websites of Thailand butterflies.

Asota caricae maybe?

Checked out my collection, can give you one more similar shot named P.alphenor ledebouria at mine.

I'll show you two more P.rumanzovia rumanzovia photos. Difference is quite small.

Upperside, if possible? Are wings transparent indeed?

12.05.2012 21:26, Alex Dumchus: comment on photo #12650

P.rumanzovia rumanzovia f.white.

Seems there is a Caligo moth in the background, likely C.olieus since morpho ones have a lower "eye" placed higher and its darker itself. I can add photos of both undersides if needed.

This is Euploea mulciber male, look at the second photo.

I think this is Cyrestis themire themire.

As a child in the collection I was a female with a wingspan of 20 cm
