Ants of the genus Formica. That's for sure.
And then only assumptions:
if this is not a trick of the light in the photo and the recess on the occipital edge of the ant in the center really exists, then it is almost certainly F. exsecta. I repeat, this is an assumption. I'm not sure if the photo shows a notch on the occipital edge. Perhaps it only seems because of the play of light.

This is a female Argogorytes mystaceus (Linnaeus, 1761)

male scolia, maybe Scolia oculata, or maybe Scolia vittifrons, but the latter seems to have dark wings, although I only saw the femaleconfused.gif, there is no other photo? vittifrons should have a yellow spot on their forehead.
