Have you ever raced a Dicerca aenea?

Hey, you guys want a riddle? smile.gif

I sit there racking my brain. Maybe someone will find out.

Small beetles from Kislovodsk (presumably from mushrooms because there is a corylophida with them), 1.3-1.5 mm long. The habit is roughly similar to that of Scaphisoma, but the antennae are 10-chl. with a separate 3-chl. with a mace! The legs are narrow, thin, with long hairs on the bottom, either 4-4-4, or 5-5-5, claws without a tooth. The anterior basins are separated by a large process of the mid-thorax, like in a toddler (but the antennae are without a "leg" and the club is loose, so it's definitely not a toddler). The hindbelly is very large. The upper part is brownish-blackish, the pronotum is thin and sparsely dotted, the elytra are without grooves, only in even rarer and smaller spots. Each dot has a small, thin hair.

p. s. there will be no photo, the equipment does not take such a trifle

Oh, I think I did it myself jump.gif

In the unforgettable "green" there are: http://www.zin.ru/animalia/coleoptera/rus/keyeur2v.htm
And in the library "Flora and Fauna" you can download Richter A. A. Zlatki (Buprestidae): http://ashipunov.info/shipunov/school/sch-ru.htm
In principle, this definition should be enough.
