And these beetles are often found in the meadow on umbrella ones. This is, I think, Rhagonycha fulva.

I have a strong feeling that this animal is not from Africa. There are not many clitins and there are no such ones, like. It is very similar habitually to the East Asian Xylotrechus from the contortus-incurvatus group.
