Phalacridae, it seems. The mace of the tendril is loose. Still, let the audience know where the bug is coming from. And so you can't see anything, and even intrigue with geography.

And I'll ask for one more thing. Northern Greece, but there is a suspicion that he could have come there with Bulgarian firewood =))

Well, you can argue about the all-Russian nature of the banality of Hylotrupes bajulus: the beetle is not rare, but, for example, in the middle zone it is quite local.

no, it reminds me of depressa offhand. If it is a male, then it is doubly strange, because it is colored like a female. Well, 10 mm - of course, a small animal, although everything happens to them, these amulets. Maybe Chinese chegoy something.

And the fact that the belly is gray, there are no light colored sternites, nothing? Does this happen at depressa?

I've never seen one like it, frankly. So is it a male or a female? Very interesting little girl. Maybe scutellaroides, of course, the first impression is often deceptive, in any case, the color pattern does not contradict, well, slightly darkened by the elytra. But if she has a yellow shield (I can't see it), then it's not particularly great for scutellaroides ' idea.

The shield is yellow. And more like a male. No one has mentioned scutellaroides for Cupid yet, so it would be interesting to find out if there are any here. But these, with a gray belly, more or less darkened elytra and small size on the right bank of the Zeya caught already quite a few. I have one unmistakable depressa, a female, she has everything with the color of sternites, as it should be, and she is a third larger in size.

Yes, it is similar to scutellaroides. Parallel straight rows of large "square" dots are tangled only in the posterior third, long yellowish pubescence on the pronotum, color forms are quite characteristic. And the shield seems to me to be darkened, at least darker than the background of the elytra. Although, it would be better if it was completely blacksmile.gif) I do not know how variable this trait is for them. It is easy to assume that it is also variable, since the species is very polymorphic in color. It is less possible that they do not all belong to the same species, but this should be carefully studied. One of the most difficult groups in East Asia.
