Please help me identify two small butterflies. Sakhalin, May 23.
The lower one is similar to Hedya auricristana (Walsingham, 1900).

at the top, Acleris exsucana, according to its own data, I also brought three butterflies from Sakhalin, only caught in June.

From the quality of the photo, it is difficult to say for sure whether it can be C. chalybeitincta, C. paulae, or C. danchenkoi.

Hello. Thank you so much for your help! And which of these three types are you more inclined to choose? Oh, and also, can you help with the rest of the views you've laid out?

The lower one, if you look at the Japanese site,
http://www.jpmoth.org/Tortricidae/Olethreu...ricristana.html
I agree with you, Hedya auricristana.
But is it given for Russia? If not, then it's already interesting!
Sinev definitely doesn't have it, maybe someone else found it.

Yes, because of the quality of the photo, this is useless, especially since these species have very subtle differences.

I don't pretend to play a historical role, but imho this is a crambid. smile.gif
And if so, then the choice is small-Pediasia luteella, a little non-standard.
